This series was created to empower you with practical, accessible tools you can use on your own — no equipment, no cost, and no special training required.
Remember, these exercises are BASIC and might not seem like much at first. Keep at it! If you do, you will improve.
Small actions, practiced regularly, often create the biggest changes.
If you have trouble with any of the exercises in this series due to restriction, tension or pain, modify the movement to make it more comfortable. Don't force yourself. These exercises may feel a little awkward and stiff at first, but should not cause pain. If pain persists or you continue to have trouble, seek the help of a professional.
